Many problems can be resolved over the phone, so please have your invoice and a clear description or video of the issue ready when you contact us.
 
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our team will guide you on how to send your unit for inspection and warranty verification.

•Courier or pickup charges for sending the product to our service center will be paid by the customer, even during the warranty period.
•If the issue or part is found to be covered under warranty, the courier/pickup amount will be refunded to the customer.

•Keep your invoice/warranty card safely as proof of purchase.
•Physical damage, misuse, or negligence are not covered under warranty.
