Many problems can be diagnosed and addressed over the phone. Please have your blender’s invoice and a description of the problem ready when you call/whatsapp
 
If your problem can’t be fixed over the phone, you’ll be given instructions on where to send your unit for diagnosis and warranty determination.

► Warranty covers defects due to faulty parts and manufacturing issues.

► Service varies from state to state. Some dealers do provide on site warranty.

► Read the manual before use.

► Retain the warranty certificate at all times.

► Damages due to accidents and negligence are not included in the warranty.

► 1-year motor warranty. The warranty does not cover the jar, blade assembly, or any other part.
