Eligibility for Return or Replacement

•Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product is received in damaged condition or found to be non-functional upon delivery.

•Claims for physical damage or non-functionality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

•To register a complaint, please call or WhatsApp us at +91-9990145145 with your invoice number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and unboxing footage (if available).

•Once our support team verifies and approves your claim, we will arrange for a return pickup or replacement as applicable.

 

Conditions for Return Approval

•The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and materials included in the shipment.

•Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

•Any product that shows signs of misuse, tampering, or physical damage not reported at the time of delivery will not be eligible.

 

Refunds & Processing

•Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our facility, a refund or replacement will be initiated as approved by our quality team.

•Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after approval.

•Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Warranty Support

After the return period has lapsed, any issues will be addressed under the product warranty policy, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty section.
