1. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, actual products may vary slightly from the images or information displayed on the website. Minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, texture, or appearance may occur and shall not necessarily constitute a defect.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through the website are subject to product availability and confirmation by Blendart.
Prices, product specifications, and availability may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.
An order will be processed only after successful receipt of payment or confirmation of the applicable payment terms. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Any delivery timelines provided by Blendart are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, transportation conditions, weather, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery, billing, and contact information at the time of placing an order.
Blendart shall not be responsible for delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the machine or equipment immediately upon delivery and retain the original packaging, invoices, shipping documents, and other relevant materials until the product has been fully inspected and accepted.
Any visible damage, non-functionality, missing components, or suspected manufacturing defect should be reported to Blendart within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue and the condition of the packaging where applicable.
Failure to report an issue within the specified period may affect eligibility for certain return, replacement, or damage-related claims.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All returns, replacements, repairs, and refunds are subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds may be provided only where a manufacturing defect or other eligible issue has been confirmed, subject to the applicable policy, inspection, and verification requirements.
Products that have been misused, improperly installed, modified without authorisation, damaged through negligence, or otherwise handled contrary to the provided instructions may not qualify for return, replacement, repair, or refund.
6. Warranty
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and applicable conditions shall be as specified for the respective product and/or in the warranty documentation provided by Blendart.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage or failure resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification or repair, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the warranty terms applicable to their purchased product.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for operating, installing, handling, and maintaining the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, operating guidelines, and applicable safety requirements.
Blendart shall not be responsible for damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations, negligence, or failure to follow the provided instructions and safety guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blendart and Pushpa International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use our products.
This limitation shall apply to the extent permitted under applicable laws and shall not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Blendart website, including but not limited to product images, photographs, text, product descriptions, logos, graphics, designs, trademarks, website layouts, and other materials, is owned by or used with the permission of Blendart / Pushpa International.
No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Pushpa International.

Blendart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, product information, pricing, policies, or services at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the products, or services provided by Blendart shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India, subject to applicable law.
